1. Return Eligibility
  • Orders purchased within 30 days are eligible for return/exchange.
  • Products must be in original packaging, unopened, and unused.
  • Damaged or defective items qualify for full refund upon verification.
2. How to Return
  • Email us at returns@leafstory.net with your order number and reason for return.
  • We’ll send a prepaid shipping label for customers in the US/Canada. For international returns, a partial refund covering 50% of shipping costs will be provided.
  • Ship the package within 7 days of receiving instructions.
3. Refund Process
  • Refunds will be processed within 5 business days of receiving the returned items.
  • Payments will be credited to your original payment method (PayPal/credit card).
4. Exceptions
  • Customized orders (e.g., engraved teaware) are non - returnable.
  • Aged Pu’er tea (over 10 years) and limited - edition collections may require case - by - case approval.
5. Sustainability Commitment
  • Returned teas in good condition will be donated to local communities or repurposed for composting.
